Legal action has been lodged in the Supreme Court of Queensland against the Mt Emerald wind farm and Marshall Day Acoustics. The wind farm noise is claimed to have exceeded noise limits, is causing substantial damage and unreasonable interference to it’s neighbour. MDA is claimed to have engaged in deceptive conduct in reports related to the Mt Emerald wind farm.
